Shipping charges will be included at check-out.
We usually ship within 2 to 4 working days upon receipt of payment. Delivery will then be provided by a third party.

Payment / Currency
All transactions will be in Singapore Dollars, through bank transfers, PayPal or credit card. The currency conversion rates are determined by PayPal.
Taxes and Duties
Ryca Pte Ltd is the owner of MILITARY.SG. Our GST Registration number is 200311098E.
Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable for all sales delivered to a Singapore address only.
For delivery of orders to overseas destinations, additional import duties and taxes may be imposed by your country's tax regulators, and surcharges by the courier. Customers are responsible for the recipient's country’s import duties and taxes. Ryca Pte Ltd will not bear the import tariffs of destination countries.
Refund Policy and Warranty Coverage
MILITARY.SG offers a 14-day return policy for all products purchased, unless otherwise stated, with the following conditions:
1. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers' packaging, with all accessories included. Warranty is void if serial tags, product stickers, or manufacturers' seals are removed, altered or tampered with. The warranty also does not cover abuse, misuse, defacing, improper operation or installation of product. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
2. Shipping and handling fees will be paid for by the customers, and are non-refundable, including for rejected and returned packages.
We will either make a 1-to-1 exchange or refund. Our decision is final.
Anti-Fraud Policy
PayPal, a globally accepted payment portal, handles all our payment transaction made through credit card. We thus do not have access to your credit card information, nor the ability to store your credit card information.
