The ESS High-Clearance U-Rx™ Replacement Nosepiece comes standard with the ESS-Oakley U-Rx™ prescription insert.  

Replacement nosepiece is an essential component of the U-Rx™ prescription insert.  With 8mm of additional stand-off than the Low-Pro Nosepiece, the High-Clearance Nosepiecea also offers additional fit adaptability for certain users.

Extra clearance improves the fit of eyeshields for users whose eyelashes or cheeks touch the lens when using the Low-Pro Nosepiece or the Medium-Clearance Nosepiece.Increased airflow for enhanced fog resistance. 

This nosepiece is NOT compatible with ESS P-2B™ or Vice™ Rx Inserts. Different nosepiece is required for U-Rx™ compatibility with Oakley® eyeshields.
